Full tickets from early Japan tours are scarce. This game, dated October 30th, was rained out and rescheduled as the final game on November 13th. The Dodgers defeated the All Japan team 3-1. Fred Kipp went the distance for the Dodgers, scattering six hits. Future HOFer Kazushisa Inao, then a 19-year-old rookie, held the Dodgers to one run for eight innings, but had to be replaced in the ninth by Masayoshi Miura, after hits by Jackie Robinson and Don Demeter knocked in what proved to be the winning runs. Inao was the Pacific League's "Outstanding Rookie" in 1956, amassing a 21-6 record for the Nishitetsu Lions. The Dodgers finished the tour with a 14-4-1 overall record, playing in front of more than 450,000 fans, an average of 24,000 per game.
