This 15 page publication was issued in September 1950. It is dedicated primarily to the Inter Hemisphere Non-Professional Baseball Championship featuring the Ft. Wayne Capeharts. The Capeharts, supposedly an industrial league semi-pro team, included several former Negro Leaguers. Foremost among them was Pat Scantlebury, who later pitched in the US Major Leagues.
