This is the first example of this giant baseball card that we have seen in our 33 years of buying, selling and auctioning such items. Fujimura is wearing a uniform donned by Osaka Tigers players only in 1950 and 1951.
This is the only time we can remember seeing a picture of Fujimura in which he has such an infectious smile. Maybe it's because he batted .362 to lead the Central League in average in 1950, to go along with 39 homers and 146 RBI. The card is undoubtedly a first prize winner card associated with a display sheet. Blank backed.
