This rare complete set is an extraordinary find which has a scarcity factor of R5 in the Japanese Baseball Card Checklist & Price Guide, Version 2.1, meaning that five or fewer examples of each card are known. This lot also includes the original manufacturer's envelope. All players pictured in the set were members of the Mainichi Orions. The players are as follows: (top row, left to right) Yukio Nishimoto (HOF), Atsushi Aramaki (HOF), Kaoru Betto (HOF), (bottom row, left to right) Shosei Go (HOF) (China), Takuzo Miyake, Yasuya Hondo and Toshinobu Sueyoshi. The Japanese text found on the back of each card reads, "A child's good friend--Meiji Milk Caramel". Each bookmark card contains its original, brightly colored tassel.
