This set appears to depict several actual historical events, such as a Keio U. vs. Waseda U. game, possibly from 1925, and also a championship ceremony for Shinko High School. However, the people depicted on the cards are not known
to represent any actual players. nevertheless, it is one of the earliest sets of menko to depict baseball players.
Size: Each card is 2 11/16" x 1 3/4". The uncut sheet is 10 7/8" x 7".
Condition: The uncut sheet has a couple of small nicks at the upper left border. Most individual cards would be Nm/Mt or Mint if cut from the sheet.
