Kakusaburo Onitsuka pitched for Meiji U. in the Tokyo Big Six University league from 1928-1931. In 1929, he pitched a no hitter in Big Six League play against Rikkio University, Not much more is known about this player who appears in several catalogued sets, except that he never played pro baseball, and was later president of a mining company.
