These cards are have never been removed from the box, and are is pristine as the day they were issued in 1949. The box top features a large drawing of Japan Hall of Fame member Kaoru Betto of the Hanshin Tigers. The cards in the set are similar in style to JK 1-JK 3, however, the color drawings on the card fronts of this much scarcer set are cruder. The set offered here is complete, with the original cigar band wrappers still holding each stack of "fresh" cards in bundles. The set includes the following Japan Hall of Famers: Tetsuharu Kawakami, Takehiko Bessho, Noboru Aota, Kaoru Betto and Kazuto Yamamoto (Tsuruoka).
